I have an application that is hosted in the US UTC-5 EST and is utilized
in Brazil UTC-3 hours BRT.

It is a Flex application using Flex Data Services. It uses The Java
version of the Spring framework to persist the data.

My issue is that When a user selects a date via a Datefield date picker in
the US, it is saved correctly.
When they do so in Brazil, it is saved incorrectly..or atleast not the
same as the date solected on the screen.
Both sides have the latest Flash player installed, both have JRE 1.3.1_02.

If they select today, it saves to the database as yesterday.
If they select Feb 20th, 1970, it saves to the database as Feb 3rd, 1970.

I'm looking for any suggestions in how to fix this thing.

Bryan
