If you are using the PopupManager, then your popup is simply a
component, and you can have your component be whatever you want. e.g
if you use a TitleWindow, then you can nest a list inside that has a
ir constrains set such that it will automatically scroll when the list
is beyond the fixed size of it's container. If your popup is simply a
list component, then the maxSize property should do the trick.
