However, that fraction is extremely significant, because it includes many of the active, important contributors to the project, such as yourself and Greg Swallow. All of the major players that I am aware of subscribe to this list, as evidenced by their postings - and I suspect that others also do so, although they don't post here. I think that for some of the people active in the forums, they should be specifically invited to join this list if they are not already here. I plan to send invitation emails to specific individuals who I have seen perform well in a support capacity over in the forums, but who I have never seen post here. I encourage others to do so as well.
I think the discussion on this list should focus on governance, and the re-constitution of SME Server, Inc. When it gets around the time that we are in a position to announce elections, I think then that specific issue should be moved to the forum - but, IMHO, we are some distance from agreement on that yet.
