Ola

Thinking a bit how to find new people in bugzilla as i see that we are all the same guys in it, i'm wondering if i could invent the principle of "work-ware"

the principle of "work-ware" is you have to do something for the project if you want to download my contribs. Of course i'm talking about my work (automysqlbackup, phpvirtualbox, roundcube, dhcpmanager...)

If i say that it is a simple thought, we need people, they don't want to pay, they don't want to work, and we are lacking guys....me i do not need money, my day work is sufficient, i simply need time to give more features to the project, and now i should help the BugTeam in the core development since nobody or really tiny people are verified bugs.

It is a pleasure to go there because the BugTeam has made the 'junior' (baby) developer i'm (in 6 month)...but i think we can push people to do something mainly we are not talking to propose patch or to develop perl module. No, we are ONLY talking to start a VM, read a changelog, understand what is occurring, and write outputs following a template...Easy.

I believe that i can either make a repository with access credentials or send by emails rpm to people who have verified X numbers of bugs, or helped people in the forum, or written documentation....

Nothing is free in this world, even the work of your neighbours, so if SME Server users do not want to understand it, maybe we can take a way to say to them : This has to change....or it is over :)

Probably to do this i will have to let the src.rpm in free download area if i want to conform to the GPL, but i repeat my goal is not to make money, i do not need it (right now, tomorrow i don't know) but it is to have more people in bugzilla playing with bugs in the hope that a day they become developers or really SME powerusers to help in the forum or documentation area.....

Sorry for the bad english, and if i have offended the sensibilities of people, it is not the purpose of this email.

Toughts ?
