pov-ray is a good idea in principle, however they use a non-commercial clause in their license, which means the NanoNote cannot be sold with it installed. I heard that they may be moving to a new license without the clause, but haven't followed it lately. Blender has pretty decent scripting abilities as well. The design (including the scripting interface) is however quite gui-centered, which is a bit unfortunate. Thanks, Bas
