Ah, good to know, thanks. I discovered POV-Ray more than 10 years ago,
and saved that as simply being open source. Back then I wasn't yet
sensible for the intricate details of software licenses :)

But anyway, if one would just program in the POV-Ray language and
later import that script into Blender, without using POV-Ray the
program, that would probably be a first step into using the NanoNote
for 3D things. Or is there a better, i.e. more free alternative around
(openscad excluded)?
