I have tried listener and have had no luck. I make a bunch of noise and set the mic to 100 and turned off line in alsamixer, but the .wav files in /usr/share/listener will not play or even show up in GMU and when I run them with mplayer it says 'no audio'. Am I missing something?
have you try 'aplay' ? yes. the mplayer can not play those .wav file.
I notice that listener requires libsndfile, and assuming we have it, that makes us 2/3 of the way done with the dependencies for Csound which needs Scons (still not worked out) Python (done) and libsndfile (done?)
I have improve a little on csound: http://projects.qi-hardware.com/index.php/p/openwrt-packages/source/commit/75ee508/ now I can pass the openwrt CFLGAS to scons. now the problem is there is \" inside the CFLGAS. it's like[1], which those CFLAGS include teh libsndfile path.
