Well, then I am glad on this list that person is an Australian sitting in 
Switzerland or Ireland. Since that is the only difference and since you have 
told us you have moderation turned on (but we can use your method to check 
ourselves), I have to assume you are saying the important difference is the 
location and/or nationality of the moderator.
