I'm really hurt by the amount of people disregarding the horrible "shaming ->
resignation" mechanism. I've read too many extremely miopic comments like "a
different president was needed", justifying a revolting torrent of lies. I'm
not worried about people believing propaganda because of ignorance, but about
people believing it because it suits them: I feel many consider the good of a
new president as much more valuable than the bad of a wizardhunt. (And I've had
doubts on his suitability as a president for some time)
