This also requires registration but it is not yet important to register if you
don't want to talk. That will become  important after we publicize the list
of talks.

getting sponsors is also very important so we can finance the event without
worry.

Once we have the list of talks (see milestones on the site) we will really need
the registratioins andpublicity.
