מארק, לא הבנתי (ולא בגלל קושי בקריאת אנגלית) מאיפה הגיע הצורך לקבל הצעות נוספות לרמה כזאת, שצריך להפוך את השירות לכזה בתשלום.
כמו שאני רואה את זה: 1. הועד ביקש בקשה והגדיר תהליך מכרז 2. הוגשה הצעה לפי תהליך המכרז הזה 3. הבקשה עונה על תנאי המכרז (אבל כנראה לא על תנאי מכרז אלטרנטיבים שהיו מפרסמים אנשי הועד הקודם, וזה לגטימי. אבל לא רלוונטי) אפשר להוסיף בירוקרטיות עד אין סוף. אני בטוח שאני ואתה (על בירה) יכולים לסבך את תהליך בחירת נותן השירותים עד נאוזיום. ואפשר גם לשתוק(!), לחכות לראות אם יש הצעות נוספות, אם כן - לתת לועד לבחור, ואם לא - לבחור בהצעה היחידה שהוגשה. אם לא טוב לך - רוץ לועד בקדנציה הבאה, ואז תוכל אתה להחליט איך לעשות את המכרז. אה, ואם אפשר להפסיק להגיב בשם "הועד" זה יהיה נחמד. לחברי הועד יש תוכנת דואר אלקטרוני והם יכולים להשתמש בה. נבחר ועד - תנו לו לעבוד (נדב ואלון - כמדומני כשאתם הייתם בועד גם אז אמרתי את אותם הדברים, רק שאז הסכמתם איתם). ואם אנשים פה משועממים כמו שזה נראה, אתם מתבקשים להטות שכם לבקשה הבאה: > שלום, > > אנו מחפשים מתנדבים עבור מחלקה ייחודית בבית חולים שניידר לפיתוח תוכנת > מעקב, אחר המטופלים. > התוכנה תהיה מבוססת קוד פתוח כמובן > > העבודה בליווי איש מקצועי מבית החולים אשר יספק את המידע המלא עבור הצרכים > של האפליקציה עצמה. > > פרוייקט זה הנו חשוב לבית החולים ולדעתי גם חשוב לקהילת הקוד הפתוח, כתרומה > לקהילה. פרטי הקשר נמצאים אצל ליאור קפלן ואצלי.
