While surfing the ministry of transportation site, I tried to access their online forms (for example: http://forms.gov.il/forms/mot/licensing/[EMAIL PROTECTED] )
I was surprised to find out that: A. it required accessing using Internet Explorer 6 on Windows based OS - what should people who use non-Microsoft based OS do in such case? B. it required me to install some windows only software (a "toolbar") just to fill out a simple form - what should people who only have access to "public terminals" without ability to install anything do in that case? Attempt to renew my driving license online have also failed: http://ecom.gov.il/Mot/homepage_he.aspx seems to work only in IE based browsers (it complained that I need to choose the type of renewal I wish to do, no matter what type I chose). No silly software here at least.
