Hi Omer, That sounds like a great idea, but it probably involves too much adminstrative overhead. American tax laws alone, for example, are almost inhumanly convoluted. British tax law isn't much better. These are just the ones I happen to know something about. If we want to do it we'll need to check with our international equivalents and see if we can attain the 'critical mass' that would make this possible.
