אני מניח שהמניע הוא שאנשים רבים ויתרו על הטלויזיה הביתית לטובת צפייה בתוכניות של הערוץ הראשון במחשבם האישי. אני מציע להוסיף דרישה שכל השידורים שממומנים ע"י האגרה יהיו זמינים באופן חופשי, ובפורמט חופשי, כך שיהיה מותר להעתיק אותם, יהיה אפשר לנגן אותם בכל נגן שרוצים וכו'. יש בפוסט הוראות איך להוסיף הערה בנידון באתר הממשלה. --- עומר -- In a guided tour in Scotland: 'And, what is worn under the kilt?'
