Ben, If you're prefer to put some procedures in place for voting, feel free. I am not planning to "police" this project. I just expect that everyone will provide "enhancements" that doesn't degregate the code. I believe logging is already built in, possibly even using commons-logging. I'd rather see enhancements to the tag's functionality though - rather than things like code formatting and organizing imports (I'm not against this tho).
