Thanks guys, I've had my Transporter from new for a long time and it started making funny noises when turned off.
Then the display had issues, I did a Google search and found this post, after ordering the gizmo from Rapid electronics and fitting it - my Transporter is back working :) I did order a spare just in case it goes again.
