So - a new book, made myself comfortable in my favorite chair, turned on my Transporter and NOTHING! Dead as a doornail, no display, no sound.
Thanks to this post, I ordered a new power supply from Rapid Electronics on Sunday afternoon and received it today (Wednesday) in the US. Installed in minutes. Total cost with shipping $40.
