IMO that wouldn't be a good idea. This setting allows for setting the default app to use when opening a file, which isn't at all what squeezelite is supposed nor programmed to do. Put plainly: you receive an MP3 by mail from somebody, this setting allows you to play it without having to choose the app. This will not work with Squeezelite ...
