New version 0.9.28.0. Is now Multi Monitor Dpi Aware V2 (Win 10 1703+). V2 is an improvement over the earlier version of windows. The only difference you will see is that checkboxes and radio buttons scale properly. Also the Escape key will close the browser window if it has focus.
I'm thinking this is nearly complete. It's actually better than it otherwise would be thanks to the ideas and encouragement I got here. Thanks.
