A lot of them are l10n-specific rather than i18n, but that's fair enough. It does sound like a good start. I'll give another look at it this evening and see if I can generate a few tickets out of that to keep these things tracked on trac. We may need to revisit the unicode ticket at some point, though right now the few tests I made to try and break the ticket again seem to work ok.
