He [2]works at IBM, he [3]likes Django and he [4]blogged four months ago about Django+DB2 asking for feedback from pythoneers, I don´t know if all that enthusiasm has crystalized into something concrete but with the advances you´ve managed to do alone perhaps he can contact you with people at IBM that has first hand experience with DB2. The web site is currently very slow, strange considering the software stack it uses.
