The information presentation on the debug page is very clear; the sans-serif font and generous padding make it easy to read and scan through; and the pastel colours make the page light. (Sticking my nose in where it isn't wanted...) The toolbar looks really great but it feels a bit over-designed and too heavy for a functional interface which will sit atop of existing websites. I'm especially referring to the typography, the uppercase serif lettering seems inappropriate for this type of interface. Just my opinion, obviously discard it at will.
