Before 1.2 is out or at the same time as 1.2 goes out? We normally do a
final micro release for the previous release when a new release goes out. At
this point doing both that and a micro release to get {% csrf_token %} into
a 1.1.X release before 1.2 goes out strikes me as too many 1.1.X micro
releases too close together (assuming 1.2 goes out reasonably close to
schedule).
