Yes. There is nothing constructive here. All you have done is made digs at what is on the table using unnecessarily provocative language without making any kind of suggestion about how to improve it. Go back and read what you wrote ("sick to my stomach", "confusing mess", "intentional sabotage"), all without elaborating on why you feel this way, nor offering concrete suggestions for improving it.
