If you have the admin module ui enabled and TRAC_ADMIN permissions, you should see an admin link to the right displaying a dashboard with a "resolutions" link at the left where you can add ticket resolutions. If you don't... you should, it helps a lot :) Otherwise you'll need to add a row to a table in the trac db.
