Hi Mainak. Initially I'm inclined to say this would fall into one or both of two problems:
1. Too ambitious: phenomenally difficult to build this within the project time. 2. Out of scope for Django: it's sounds like the sort of functionality that we prefer to live in third-party apps, rather than in Django itself. Do you have any kind of prototype code in place? A rough demo might give more insight into both these points. In general, for GSoC, I want to look at the project ideas, the org profile, and such over the next couple of weeks.
