optional-14800.diff is a rather short version of getting an additional
logging option into the WSGIRequestHandler without using settings. Perhaps
I don't think that having this as an option is worth modifying the
signature of basehttp.run and doing even more dynamic subclassing than is
already there.
What about just removing the filtering altogether?
