Applies to both master and 1.5, there's some backticks which aren't being
converted during the ReST to HTML process.
Specifically, in the screenshot attached, the headings:
{{{
``Publisher`` queryset for use in ``get_object``
``Book`` queryset for use by ``ListView``
}}}
shouldn't have backticks being displayed.
