`is_ajax()` was deprecated in #30997.
I think the release/upgrading notes should mention `request.is_ajax()` can
be replaced with `request.META.get('HTTP_X_REQUESTED_WITH') ==
'XMLHttpRequest'` to maintain the old behavior.
