Nope; if it did, [email protected] would be getting the mail ;)
Note I really don't think this is trac specific behaviour- possible I'm
being crack-adled, but I do not recall seeing trac flagrantly ignore user
prefs like this; also note this doesn't much look like your usual trac
setup considering user prefs (which includes notification controls) are
all buried/non-existant.
