Don't have any experience with this. Some options I've come across, that may or may not work:
1) http://www.py2exe.org/ - Never used it, but have it bookmarked for when I do need it. Like py2app but creates exe 2) http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/programs.shtml#movpy -- From the website: "Movable Python is a distribution of Python (for Windows) that doesn't need to be installed.
