Unfortunately after doing all this I still only get rsa-sha1 when compiling 
against 0.9.8g.  Digest
sha256 works fine from openssl, and dkim-filter shows that it linked the 
correct libraries, but
dkim-filter -V still only shows rsa-sha1.
