Does dkim-filter -V report that it is compiled against 0.9.8g or against
your older 0.9.7 version?  If it's only reporting rsa-sha1, I suspect
it's finding the older one at runtime (though ldd seems to indicate that
it _should_ be using the 0.9.8g version).
