Actually I confess that is not quite true. I had a single ip address in 
the peerlist file. Yesterday I changed it to 204.152.184.0/24 and added 
X-Header yes to debug.

After adding the /24 I don't see the headers nor any sign of the milter 
processing messages from this list. I'm pretty sure I restarted the 
milter after making changes. I also noticed that I previously had set 
'On-BadSignature r' which probably wasn't a good idea.
