opendmarc uses the SPF checks you tell it to use.  You give it the SPF
and DKIM results, it gives you the dmarc results.  It doesn't have any
SPF checks built in.

In the plugin I wrote for mailfront, I used libspf2, but I could have
used any SPF library I wanted.
