Adding a requirement that one validation needs to be accompanied by a
particular other valid signature is just such an additional factor.
I don't see it that way.
Try harder.
Still not having much success here, so please help me out.
It is presumably permitted to check an external clock to find out what
time it is to validate the x= or t= tags. How come that's OK, but
checking the message for the presence of a signature with d=whatever
isn't?
