Really, this is not a new idea. It doesn't work. Please go back and read the archives from a decade ago when all of these ideas were considered and rejected.

Maybe.  They do manage their spam folders, and this may piggyback on that.

Very, very badly. People at large webmail providers tell me that users retrieve phishes out of their spam folders all the time and complain when it doesn't let them click on the links.
