Really, this is not a new idea. It doesn't work. Please go back and
read the archives from a decade ago when all of these ideas were
considered and rejected.
If we want to give constructive guidance to folk who offer ideas that
have previously been rejected, we need to document them and the reasons
for rejecting them, rather than give this kind of generic, vague pointer
to the past.
I'm glad to help, but don't feel I have enough of the detail to be
primary for the effort.
