No, the PSL results are correct for those examples. The point of those examples is to show that the relaxed alignment rule:

  Two identifiers are aligned iff their org domains coincide

cannot be shortened to string comparison. It is necessary to find the org domain of each identifier and then compare them. However, it is not clear under what conditions the org domains found by the tree walk are the same as those found by the (full) PSL.
