According to the diff provided on the web site [1], quite a few in the following hunks of the diff: skipping to change at page 12, line 27 skipping to change at page 14, line 30 skipping to change at page 26, line 41 skipping to change at page 33, line 20 skipping to change at page 36, line 47 skipping to change at page 45, line 50 skipping to change at page 61, line 8 skipping to change at page 61, line 34 In some cases it's the only change in the hunk, so there's something up with the format change you did.
