One small note: while it is obvious what is meant with "defang URIs by
substituting hxxp for http;" I think it should be "defang URIs by substituting
http for hxxp;". But perhaps this can be avoided using something like "defang
URI's by modifying http to hxxp". Note that this might not be enough - mail
readers can be smart and parse www.example.com without having a http(s) prefix
to present it to the user as well. I am not sure how to solve this generically
though.
