FWIW, I wrote the ARC support for Sympa, which is one of the most popular open
source list packages.
It works, but I have seen no evidence that it makes any difference to how mail is handled,
so I agree that ARC should die.
If-you-build-it-they-will-come syndrome. Receivers haven't participated.
However, there might be something missing that would trigger their
participation and produce a functioning system. Isn't it worth considering
this possibility before killing what we've built?
