The draft draft-ietf-lisp-mn proposes LISP on the UE. That is not what we are proposing for the 3GPP 5G architecture. The draft draft-farinacci-lisp-mobile-network proposes LISP in the eNodeB/UPF and pGW. Enclosed is a pointer to the presntation I gave in the LISP WG and 5gangip in Singapore.
