Thanks for all the input, folks! And yes, Lexicon are doing the effects for the FX16 but I hear more and more people saying that they are pretty cheap effects anyway, even though it's Lexicon!
I am right now very interested in the difference between Mackie 1604VLZPRO, Mackie 1604VLZ and Mackie 1604CR! Is it only the mic preamps or something more? I could get a CR model for $600 (6000 SEK) here in town (used of course)! Is that a good deal? - Janne [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.groundmotion.com/ .--------------------------------. | "Faber quisque fortunae suae." | '--------------------------------' "n.sekt" wrote: > X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.50.4807.1700 > X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V5.50.4807.1700 > > i could be wrong, but o heard that lexicon was building the fx engines of > the Soundcraft desk's > > n.sekt > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Friday, January 11, 2002 1:09 AM > Subject: [dnb-prod] Re: Mackie 1604 and Soundcraft FX16 > > > > > >> And what about the built in effect in the Soundcraft Folio FX16? > > > > hiya Jan, > > > > I have the basic Foloio F1 desk and a friend of mine has the FX16. > > > > The desks mixing capabilties are basically the same.
