This is talked about quite a bit on various reason boards, I think. The most common cause of the error (again, I *think*) is that you have a .rex file named the same as the name of your tune. Change that and see if it helps. If that doesn't do it, there are some people who know how to recover some stuff on http://www.reasonstation.net .
