Toms hardware just did a review of a new scsi-160 10k rpm drive:
 
I'm about to pick one up. Notice the 8mb buffer, most shittier drives only have 4mb.
 
I suggest the adaptec 29160n for scsi cards.

www.dirtcheapdrives.com is another good one, but usually i goto www.pricewatch.com and get a nice list of all the ones i want to check out. Definetly if you want to go for speed high speed high rpm SCSI (Quantum or IBM).
