If some of your equipment requires a ground then there may be a risk of electrocution if it is not grounded and there is a malfunction.

X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V5.00.2615.200 Do to an abrupt changing in living situation i am being forced to temporarily set up my studio in a room that has no grounded (3 prong) electrical outlets. It's easy enough to hook up a couple of 3 -> 2 prong adaptors, but is this a bad idea? Obviously doing so bypasses the grounding, but does this pose any sort of problem or threat to my gear? I would guess thay noise would be an issue, but that is temporarily acceptable - is there any potential of physical threat to my gear? thanks, trust --- Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
