Are you kidding me??? Digital's breaks are second to none. Show me what
sample CD the breaks from Deadline, Phantom Force or Remote Control came
from. Even when he uses "standard" breaks like amens, etc. they still sound
way different then anyone else's.

The focus of most Digital tunes are not about 'how crazy can I make this
arrangement for all the the attention-deficiet kids out there'. Rather the
focus is on rhythm and effect. This is essentialy a dub production ethic
carried over into drum n bass. Most of Digital's tunes are basically dub
tracks with a drum n bass beat. If your not a fan of dub i can see why you
might not like he tunes, but most of his tracks are harder to make then a
lot of the two step neurocrap passing for music these days.

Well i certainly agree with you here. But almost every producer is guilty
of this at some point. Seems like once an upcoming artist finally breaks
through, the quality of the tunes tends to wane as the artist is forced to
churn out tracks at a faster clip to keep up with the demand for tunes with
their name on it. That said, I'm not so quick to write off past
accomplishments due to one shady tune.
