I have the CD at home but you can't directly access the files on it.. (I tried before)..
You'd need to find someone with ME currently installed.. (Which I don't).. Dunno what would happen if you just directly replace the files ??! VMM32.VXD is an important file but I don't know if it ever changes or if it will be exactly the same as it appears on the original CD.. It might be worth doing a search on Microsoft's site or even on Google for these files.. (Possibly a bit iffy either way!)..
