im pretty sure you have to download the batch executable (*.exe file). put it on a floppy restart in safemode, run the executable from the floppy. it then re - installs your corrupt files and also some existing files in one "batch" restart your PC and it should be aight I'll hunt around to see if I can find the name of that *.exe
